- Establishment of "Read & Publish" agreements with publishers that enable Wellesley authors to publish Open Access (OA) articles without the payment of additional article processing charges (APCs)
- Grants to defray the cost of publishing Open Access articles with other publishers
- Making Wellesley authors' scholarship freely available on the web, in accordance with the Wellesley Open Access Policy
- Maintaining the Wellesley College Digital Repository
- Dedicating subscription funds annually to Open Access initiatives and resources
