ArcGIS StoryMaps (Esri) Most feature-rich platform that allows for annotated maps and interactive web maps, and other multimedia content.   Through Wellesley's ArcGIS Online, email tt103@wellesley.edu to set up an account Mixed - Linear, Exploration, or Summary All vector (point, line, polygon) and raster (including images).
