Full library access & borrowing policy
Students and faculty from Olin or Babson may borrow materials (excluding equipment) from the Wellesley College Libraries.
Borrower Registration
Those who have not been issued a Wellesley College ID must register at the Circulation Desk in Clapp Library for an Outside Borrower Library Card. Personal ID or Institution ID should be presented and proof of current address may be required.
Electronic Resources
The terms of Wellesley's license agreements typically limit off-campus access to electronic resources (ebooks, databases, or other electronic resources) to current Wellesley students, faculty, and staff. To access most electronic resources, therefore, Babson and Olin users must come to the Wellesley campus.
Computer access at the Wellesley College Libraries
All computers in the Wellesley College Library require a Wellesley domain name and password to login. To gain access to a computer when on campus, contact the main service desk in Clapp Library.
While there is free wi-fi access for visitors to the Wellesley Campus [full visitor wireless access policy], access is limited to non-Wellesley pages due to licensing restrictions and security issues.
