Renewals can be requested two ways:
From the courtesy email
Directly within you ILL account
On the Dashboard, Under Active Items, click on Checked Out Items (Renew Here) and click on the Transaction Number of the request you want to renew.
Click the "Renew Request" button.
You will see the following message and your renewal request has been submitted but the due date will not change until we hear back from the lending library.
The renewal request is sent to the lending library. You will receive an email letting you know whether or not the item was renewed and the due date.
If you still need this material and your renewal was denied, please submit a new ILL request for it and we will try to locate a different copy for you.
The material is unable to be renewed or has already been renewed once
Not all libraries allow renewals.
